Welcome to Magical October. The Card of the month is The High Priestess.

The High Priestess is part of The Major Arcana of The Tarot. The Major Arcana is what I call the journey/destiny cards. The 22 cards in the Major Arcana show the journey we go through in life.

I am continuing to draw cards from one of my favorite decks : The Magical Forest Tarot Deck by Leo Tang.

The High Priestess card is linked to the element of water and to The Moon.  To me, The High Priestess making her presence felt this month fits with October.

The High Priestess says it's time to take a walk in your inner moonlight of your heart. Follow the voice within to uncover the secrets, gifts and yearnings you have hidden away from even yourself. Detours, craning you nose in dusty books, dressing unlike 'you' is highly encouraged. Step away from your normal world of routine and see where you wish to go. Remember don't be afraid, your intuition will never guide you astray from who you are. Actually listening guides us to who we are deep inside.

Dance under the moon and stars, embrace your weird side and see the mystical in the mundane.
